Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping processing times may be longer during a sale. Please check your order confirmation email for additional details. Standard Shipping takes 3-7 Business Days to deliver within the U.S.A. All delivery times are estimates.
Q: Wheres my missing item?
Some items may shipped separatly due to different warehouse location or/ Preorder. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation once shipped. Still unsure? Please Contact us.
Q: What if my package shows delivered but i cannot find it?
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier and your regular mailman directly to investigate the issue.
Q: How do i return/exchange an item?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com
We will gladly accept the return/exchange of any unused, non-closeout item with tags attached, purchased within the 14 days of receipt. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition will not be eligible for return.
In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels. However, if you are making an exchange, we will ship the new items back at our expense.
Q: I received a defective or wrong item. How do i get the right one?
If, in the rare occurrence, you have received a defective item, please reach out to our Customer Service Department at info firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase and include a photo of your damaged or wrong item and we will get that taken care of for you right away!
